Wherever you can sit or lie down safely, on the sofa, in bed before sleep, on the bus, in the bathroom if that's your only five minutes alone, at your desk, in the waitingroom. Just avoid doing them while driving, operating machinery, or in water, since some sessions ask you to close your eyes and fully let go, so you'll need to be somewhere safe and still.
