Six breathwork sessions

The most

effective way to calm your body & mind

A few minutes of conscious breathing that resets and regulates your nervous system.

Sound familiar?

You know you need a reset, you just don't have an hour to get it. Some days it's the racing thoughts before a meeting, some days it's the 3pm crash where coffee isn't the option, some days it's just needing to come back into your body after being in your head all day.

Grounding breath

For when you need to feel your feet on the ground again

Clear the noise

For when your mind won't stop spinning

Return to the heart

For when you've been living in your head too long

Instead of a cup of coffee

For the 3pm slump, no caffeine required

Land in your body

For when you feel disconnected from yourself

Allow yourself deep rest

A body scan, for when you need permission to just stop

It's okay to stop for a couple of minutes

Give yourself permission to take a break, whenever you need it - on the bus, between meetings, before bed, the moment you wake up, when everything feels too much, when your thoughts won't slow down, when you need courage, or when you just need rest. Six sessions, ready to use for whatever you're moving through.

Why breathwork actually works

Breathwork is simply using your breath on purpose, instead of letting it run on autopilot, to change how your body and mind feel. A few minutes of conscious breathing can calm a racing mind, wake up a tired body, or help you feel steady again, depending on what you need in that moment. No experience necessary, your breath already knows how to do this, these sessions just guide you through it.

No equipment needed, do it wherever, whenever.

Just you and your breath, ready wherever life happens to find you, no mat, no space, no special setup required.

It communicates with your nervous system.

Not a distraction, not a quick fix, an actual reset from the inside, your body listening and responding in real time.

It changes your body in minutes.

Studies show conscious breathing lowers cortisol and shifts you out of fight-or-flight, real, physical changes, not just a mindset shift.

A closer look at each breathwork session

Grounding breath (5 min)

For when you need to feel your feet on the ground again. A slow, steady breath pattern that brings you out of your head and back into your body.

Clear the noise (7 min)

For when your mind won't stop spinning. This one's built to quiet the mental chatter, so you're not carrying five open tabs in your head anymore, just this moment.

Return to the heart (6 min)

For when you've been living in your head too long. A softer, heart-centered breath that brings you back to feeling instead of thinking, back to yourself.

Instead of a cup of coffee (3 min)

For the 3pm slump, no caffeine required. A short, energising breath pattern that wakes your body up from the inside, so you get the lift without the crash after.

Land in your body (5 min)

For when you feel disconnected from yourself. This session brings you back into your body after a day spent everywhere except in it, so you actually feel present again.

Allow yourself deep rest (10 min)

A body scan, for when you need permission to just stop. No fixing, no doing, just lying down and letting your body finally exhale.

Frequently asked questions

How long are the sessions?

3 to 10 minutes each, made to suit in between in your day.

I've never done breathwork before, is this for me?

Yes, no experience needed. These sessions guide you through it step by step, your breath already knows what to do.

Do I need any equipment?

Headphones make a real difference, they let you sink into the voice and music without distraction.

What actually happens during a session, is there talking or just music?

Each session is voice-guided, you'll hear Malin's voice leading you through the breath pattern, with music underneath to support it.

What if I don't feel anything, or feel different than expected?

Let go of expectations, that's completely normal, everyone responds differently. The goal isn't to feel something, it's just to give yourself the pause and breathe.

What might I feel during a session?

Most people feel calm, lighter, or more focused. Since these sessions are short, it's unlikely, but some people experience tingling, light-headedness, or a wave of emotion, all normal responses to conscious breathing. If anything feels too intense, just slow down your breath.

Where can I do these sessions?

Wherever you can sit or lie down safely, on the sofa, in bed before sleep, on the bus, in the bathroom if that's your only five minutes alone, at your desk, in the waitingroom. Just avoid doing them while driving, operating machinery, or in water, since some sessions ask you to close your eyes and fully let go, so you'll need to be somewhere safe and still.

Is breathwork safe for everyone?

Generally yes, but if you're pregnant, have a heart condition, epilepsy, or another serious health condition, please check with your doctor first.
