1. Introduction These terms apply to all purchases of digital products, courses, coaching programs, and live events from begin.within. By purchasing you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

The purpose of this agreement is to create a clear and safe framework for our work together - and to set the foundation for a good experience from the very start.

2. About the products begin.within offers the following:

  • Digital products (PDF guides, audio sessions, downloadable content)
  • Online courses and programs (delivered via Kajabi)
  • 1:1 and group coaching (delivered digitally via video call)
  • Live events and experiences (online or in person)

All digital content is for personal use only. Access is non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.

3. Access For digital products and online courses, you will receive access immediately after purchase. Your access is personal and valid for one participant only.

If lifetime access is stated in the offer, this means access for as long as begin.within operates the relevant platform.

If a program has a specific access period, this will be clearly stated in the offer.

4. Payment Payment is made via credit or debit card (Visa and MasterCard) through Stripe and Kajabi. Payment via Klarna is also available where offered. All transactions are encrypted via SSL and are secure. We do not offer invoice payment.

All prices are listed in USD. Where payment plans are available, the full amount is due regardless of whether the program is completed. If a payment fails, access may be suspended until payment is received.

Refunds are issued in USD. begin.within - Malin Pousette is not responsible for any currency exchange losses that may occur as a result of the transaction.

5. Right of withdrawal (Angrerett) In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) § 22, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is delivered and accessed immediately after purchase, provided that you have explicitly consented to this before completing the purchase.

If you have not opened or accessed the content, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date of purchase. A withdrawal form will be included in your purchase confirmation email.

For coaching and live events, the right of withdrawal applies until 14 days before the session or event takes place.

6. Satisfaction guarantee Where a satisfaction guarantee is stated in the offer, the specific terms of that guarantee will be clearly communicated at the point of purchase. Any request to use a guarantee must be sent in writing to [email protected] within the stated timeframe.

7. Cancellations and rescheduling For 1:1 coaching sessions, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Late cancellations may not be rescheduled and will not be refunded.

For live events, begin.within reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to circumstances outside our control. In the event of cancellation by begin.within, a full refund will be issued. In the event of rescheduling, participants will be offered a place at the new date.

8. Medical disclaimer Breathwork and somatic practices are powerful tools that may not be suitable for everyone. The content offered by begin.within - Malin Pousette is for informational and personal development purposes only, and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. begin.within - Malin Pousette is not responsible for any physical, emotional, or psychological effects that may arise from participation.

It is not recommended to participate if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, heart conditions, high blood pressure, or other serious medical conditions. If you are unsure, please consult your doctor before joining.

By purchasing, you take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing. You are always in charge of your own pace and experience.

9. Copyright All content offered by begin.within is protected by copyright. You may not copy, share, distribute, sell, or use the content in your own programs or teachings without written consent from Malin Pousette.

Breach of this will be considered a breach of these terms and may result in access being revoked without refund.

10. Confidentiality In group programs and live events, participants are asked to respect the privacy of others. Personal stories and experiences shared within a group setting are not to be shared outside of it.

You are free to share your own experiences and results.

11. Limitation of liability begin.within does not guarantee specific results. Results depend on individual factors including commitment, personal circumstances, and effort. By purchasing you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own progress and outcomes.

begin.within - Malin Pousette disclaims any financial liability for direct or indirect loss arising from participation in programs or events, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Non-disparagement In the event of dissatisfaction or disagreement, both parties commit to first seeking resolution through direct dialogue. You agree not to make false, misleading, or damaging statements about begin.within publicly or privately in bad faith.

This does not limit your right to share honest personal experiences within the bounds of applicable law.

13. Force majeure begin.within cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control - including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, technical failure, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases we will communicate as soon as possible and seek the best possible solution for participants.

14. Age requirement You must be 18 years or older to purchase from begin.within, or have consent from a guardian. By purchasing you confirm that you meet this requirement.

15. Governing law These terms are governed by Norwegian law. By purchasing from begin.within you agree that any disputes will be handled in accordance with Norwegian legislation, regardless of which country you reside in. Formal disputes may be brought before the Norwegian conciliation board (forliksrådet) or Norwegian courts.
