Hi, I am Malin, a breathwork facilitator, somatic coach and the founder of begin.within.
In 2017 I found breathwork (or maybe I found my breath?) and it changed everything for me, because every single time I do breathwork I come back feeling more calm, clear and peaceful and not to mention powerful - breath by breath I am coming home, back to my body, connecting with my heart and my own truth.
