10. Glimmers
00:01:01 Malin Pousette: You probably heard of triggers. Those things that activates stress, fear, or discomfort. But have you heard about glimmers? Glimmers are the opposite. They're those tiny, often unexpected moments that bring a sense of safety, calm, or joy. Moments that remind your nervous system that it's okay. You're okay. You're safe. And life is kind of beautiful. I love glimmers. when I notice them, something softens within me. They bring me back to myself. A glimmer could be sunlight coming through the window, the sound of someone's laugh. The way your favorite tea smells. A line in a book that lands right where you needed it. A deep breath that actually support you. The quiet in the car after a long day. They're small, easy to miss if you're rushing. But when you notice one, you feel it. That gentle shift. That little yes inside. I don't think healing has to be heavy all the time. And I don't think you have to wait until everything is perfect to feel okay. What if part of healing is just noticing what's really good, what's already here? That's what glimmers offer. They don't fix everything, but they remind you that peace, connection, and presence are still possible. Even in the middle of a hard season. And I truly want that for you. I want you to experience more glimmers in your life. Not because you're forcing gratitude or bypassing pain, but because your body deserves to feel safe. Your heart deserves to feel held. Let's take a now together.
00:03:26 Malin Pousette: Close your eyes if you can and if it feels safe for you. Take a deep breath in through your nose. And out through your mouth. Beautiful. And as you're breathing, I want you to think of a recent glimmer. Something small that made you pause, even just for a second. Can you feel it again just for a moment? Stay with the breath. Maybe with your inhale, just feel it. And on the exhale, let it land. Let it be enough. and if nothing comes to your mind, that's okay. this breath right here. Can be your glimmer. Just take another deep inhale in through your nose. Hold it at the top. And exhale it all out. You don't need to chase the glimmers. You don't need to earn the glimmers. Just stay open. Maybe next time, when you feel this little tingling in your body, Just like a whisper that says, hey, you're here in this exact moment and life is kind of beautiful. Remember, they're all around you. And until next time, let's begin
